Partial transcript of Kenneth Miller's Testimony

We're working on getting transcripts from the trial, although we don't know if that will be possible yet. Right now this is what we have available:

Partial testimony from our expert, Kenneth Miller

Is there going to be a collective mpg or mp3 transcript of the entire event available after (or even better, during) this case?

Is anyone streaming the case live over the internet? (I would love to be able to hear this on my windows mediaplayer while I work.)

Thank you

I don't think so. Court TV wanted to broadcast the trial live, but the judge turned them down.

Sorry to hear about no live coverage.

I have been reading the transcripts and reports from ydr.com to my kids and they have found this to be very eye opening(but then, they watched the presidential debates.../shrug. In case anyone is interested, the kids are 13 and 15 and know this may impact them at some point.)

I had really hoped to listen while I worked - much more efficient time wise, and my kids had wanted to download the audio to their psp2s. They'll just have to follow this case the old fashioned way- by searching the internet and reading.

Thank you for your help.

I’m glad to know that your group (as well as the NCSE) is planning on collecting and saving all the documentation on this trial as this will save future researchers from the problems we’ve faced at the McLean v. Arkansas Documentation Project, where we have not, as of yet, been able to get any of the defendants side of the transcripts.
