why has Obama allowed the constitution to be trampled on by PA police??? More money on tear gassing the poor and policing the ghetto than creating jobs that pay a fair wage in PA... thanks for pushing for Obama Andy Hoover of the ACLU Harrisburg!!! At least white police (and a few tokens) got some middle-class paying jobs to beat down the poor in Pitt...

I'd like to know which SPECIFIC section of the PA Crimes Code was violated according to police when they dispersed the crowds with teargas.

The loudspeaker kept citing "unlawful assembly" and PA Crimes Code, but not one section mentioned.

The question remains, does the Supreme Law of the Land, the US Constitution and the right of free assembly, supersede a local jurisdiction's or state's trespass or permit law?

Why is no-one taking this angle specifically and asking for the code section in violation?
